Last updated

These Website Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sudo Booth website.

Sudo Booth is operated by AI Manila Software Development Services.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Website Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Website purpose

This website provides general information about Sudo Booth, including its AI-powered photo and video booth experiences for personal events, corporate events, product launches, campaigns, and brand activations.

The website is intended for general information and inquiry purposes. Content displayed on the website does not, by itself, create a binding service agreement, reservation, or commitment.

2. Website terms and event-service agreements

These Website Terms govern use of this website.

They do not replace any proposal, quotation, order form, statement of work, booking confirmation, or service agreement entered into for an event.

The final agreement for an event will govern matters such as:

scope of services;

event date, time, and location;

equipment and staffing;

output types;

AI filters and creative treatments;

photo and video deliverables;

printing;

QR and web delivery;

branding and design;

setup and operating hours;

logistics;

venue requirements;

pricing and taxes;

payment terms;

cancellation or rescheduling;

client approvals;

intellectual-property permissions;

privacy and data-processing responsibilities;

other event-specific conditions.

Where there is a conflict between this website and a signed event-service agreement, the signed agreement will control for that engagement.

3. Service descriptions

Sudo Booth may offer event experiences that capture guest photographs and, depending on the selected setup, generate AI-created or AI-transformed photo or video outputs.

Available features may include:

custom AI visual concepts;

event-specific frames and branding;

photo or video outputs;

QR or web access;

optional on-site printing;

event galleries;

operator staffing;

customized workflows and creative direction.

Not every feature, workflow, output format, or delivery method is available for every event.

Descriptions, examples, packages, and configurations shown on this website are illustrative starting points only. They are not guaranteed inclusions or binding final offers.

4. Inquiries, quotations, and bookings

Visitors may contact Sudo Booth through the contact methods made available on the website, including email, telephone, Viber, or official social-media channels.

An inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only when the requirements stated in the applicable quotation, proposal, order form, or service agreement have been satisfied, which may include written acceptance, payment, or execution of an agreement.

Quotations may depend on:

event date and duration;

venue and location;

estimated guest count;

requested features;

number and complexity of AI filters;

photo or video workflows;

printing requirements;

event branding;

equipment and staffing;

transportation and logistics;

internet and electrical requirements;

customization;

production schedule.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations remain subject to availability and to the validity period shown in the quotation.

5. Event availability and technical requirements

Service availability depends on the specific event setup, equipment availability, venue conditions, technical feasibility, production lead time, and staffing.

Sudo Booth may require suitable:

access to the venue;

setup and breakdown time;

electrical supply;

operating space;

lighting and environmental conditions;

internet access where online delivery is required;

permissions from the venue or event organizer.

The applicable proposal or service agreement will define the final technical and operational requirements.

6. Metro Manila and out-of-area events

Events outside Metro Manila are subject to availability, travel time, logistics, transportation, accommodation where applicable, local access conditions, and additional charges.

Any out-of-area rate or logistical requirement will be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

7. Internet connectivity and delayed delivery

Some Sudo Booth functions may operate without continuous venue internet connectivity.

Photo capture and local processing may continue where the applicable event setup supports offline operation.

QR, web, cloud, or remote-delivery functions may be delayed until adequate connectivity becomes available.

Sudo Booth does not guarantee immediate web availability or delivery where internet, cloud, mobile-network, venue, power, or third-party service conditions prevent it.

Event-specific delivery commitments remain governed by the applicable client agreement.

8. Client responsibilities

For an event engagement, the client or organizer may be responsible for providing:

accurate event details;

authorized representatives and approval contacts;

timely creative approvals;

venue access and permissions;

suitable electrical supply and operating space;

internet connectivity where required;

approved logos, artwork, trademarks, campaign materials, and creative directions;

any permissions, releases, or licenses needed for supplied materials;

notice of venue, safety, security, or participation restrictions;

information about minors or special guest-consent requirements;

other items specified in the applicable agreement.

The client must not provide materials that it does not own or have permission to use.

9. Event branding and client-supplied materials

Event outputs may include frames, designs, logos, product imagery, trademarks, campaign content, prompts, or creative directions supplied or approved by a client, organizer, brand, venue, or sponsor.

The client is responsible for confirming that it has the rights and permissions necessary for materials it supplies or instructs Sudo Booth to use.

Sudo Booth may reject materials or directions that appear unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or unsuitable for the event.

Detailed ownership, licensing, approval, and responsibility terms will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Sudo Booth and its licensors retain rights in:

the Sudo Booth name and branding;

website content and design;

software and technical systems;

booth workflows and implementation methods;

original graphics, templates, documents, and promotional materials;

underlying technology and know-how.

Client-supplied names, logos, trademarks, artwork, and campaign materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Ownership and permitted use of event-specific designs and guest outputs will be governed by the applicable event-service agreement, guest notice, consent arrangement, and applicable law.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, adapted, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

11. Website demonstrations and fictional concepts

The website may display fictional or internally produced demonstration campaigns, brands, products, events, QR codes, URLs, short codes, interfaces, or guest experiences.

Unless expressly identified as an actual engagement, such materials are illustrative demonstrations and do not represent a real client relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, or completed event.

References to third-party products or styles in demo concepts do not imply affiliation or approval.

12. Prohibited use

You must not:

use the website unlawfully;

impersonate Sudo Booth or AI Manila Software Development Services;

misrepresent an affiliation with Sudo Booth;

attempt unauthorized access to systems or content;

scrape or systematically extract website content without permission;

reverse engineer software or protected technical systems;

interfere with the website’s operation or security;

upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code;

copy or misuse branding, designs, demonstrations, or materials;

use the website to violate another person’s rights.

13. Third-party links and platforms

The website may link to third-party services such as email applications, telephone services, Viber, Google Maps, and social-media platforms.

Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability rules, and security controls.

Sudo Booth is not responsible for the operation, content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

14. Website availability and accuracy

Sudo Booth aims to keep website information useful and reasonably current, but does not guarantee that:

the website will always be available;

every page will be error-free;

all information will remain current at all times;

every advertised feature will be available for every event;

every example can be reproduced exactly;

all external links will remain available.

Website content may be corrected, updated, removed, or changed without prior notice.

15. AI-output limitations

AI-created outputs are creative results and may vary.

AI outputs may alter or stylize a person’s appearance, pose, clothing, background, props, framing, or visual characteristics. They may not precisely represent reality or match every expectation.

Any event-specific output requirements, review arrangements, limitations, or remedies will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, AI Manila Software Development Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website or third-party links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Liability connected with a paid event service will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, order form, or service agreement.

Counsel must finalize this clause before publication.

17. Indemnity

Where legally enforceable and proportionate, a user or client may be responsible for losses arising from unlawful website use, unauthorized supplied materials, infringement of third-party rights, impersonation, or violation of these Terms.

Any event-client indemnity must be stated in the applicable signed client agreement and not inferred solely from these Website Terms.

Counsel must confirm whether this website-level indemnity should remain.

18. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and any applicable event-specific guest privacy or consent notice.

These Website Terms do not replace those privacy notices.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services, law, or business operations.

The updated version will show a revised effective date or last-updated date.

Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rules and any binding dispute provision in a signed agreement, disputes relating exclusively to website use will be submitted to the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

Counsel must confirm the venue and dispute wording.
